Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to make deposits at mcw22: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. When making a deposit, ensure you use the correct merchant number and reference. mcw22 will not be responsible for transactions made with incorrect details.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. mcw22 generally processes withdrawals within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method and in the same name used for the deposit.

• Withdrawal requests must be submitted from a verified account.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• In cases of suspicious activity, a withdrawal may be temporarily suspended for review.
• Use the same payment method for withdrawals that you used for your deposit.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. Similarly, if you deposit ৳16,000, you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and your total balance will be ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to each bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit and bonus combined. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses are only usable on eligible games.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.

5.4 VIP Program

Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.7% at Gold, up to 1.0% at Platinum, and up to 1.2% at Diamond. Fair Play Rules

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator).
